This error message means that the connection between your Arabic IPTV Receiver and the Internet is lost:

Make sure the Internet cable is pluged into the Arabic IPTV Receiver and Internet Modem or Internet Wirless.

This error message means your Arabic IPTV Receiver is not connected to the Internet Ethernet cable.

This error messages apearce on the TV if there is internet disconnection on the customer side.
